I decided to open this business when I was on vacation and my hot water heater leaked – thank goodness we had a friend stopping by to water plants and they caught the leak and turned off the water. What a save.

Unforeseen damage can happen at any time…especially in an unoccupied or vacant home. A plumbing leak or faulty irrigation system may cause costly water damage to your property. Many things can go wrong in a few days in an unoccupied property. Package deliveries, scattered business cards and fliers or just an overflowing mailbox are obvious indicators that the property is unoccupied and an easy target for vandalism or theft.

When you are on vacation you don’t want to worry about your home. My main objective is to provide you peace of mind to enjoy your time away. I am recently retired and enjoy staying busy which gets me out of the house and keeps my wife happy. As an owner-operator I provide hands-on inspections personally which allows for an open line of communication. I provide a one-on-one experience customizing an owner specific inspection list to meet your needs.

I do not provide pet sitting services but can possibly work with you in some instances.
